Name Change in ICAI Records - Procedure, Documents to be Submitted

Procedure to Change / Correct Your name with ICAI Records:

-Students can Place the request through hand written form and send the letter to the regional office.

-Students can also change the Name through ICAI e-sahayata

-Students can submit any of the Following Documents in order to change their name:

• 10th Standard Marks Sheet
• Voter ID
• PassPort

- Through this, you can also change you other contact details such as, Address for Communication, Phone  Number etc
