While Incorporating a Company, Form-18 should be submitted stating the proposed registered office of the company.
Where the registered office is a building taken on lease by the Director (Its not possible to take lease on the name of the Company as it is not yet incorporated.), a No-Objection certificate (NOC) has to be taken from the Director for using it as Registered Office of the Company.
Applicants should then Select an option in Form-18 stating 'Registered office Owned by the Director'.
The No-Objection certificate (NOC) can be printed on a normal letter and signed by that director. No need of any Stamp paper etc.
Below is the Format of the No-Objection Certificate (NOC):
To,
Ministry of Corporate Affairs
Dear Sir / Madam
Sub: NOC with respect to Application for Registered Office
Certified that I have no objection for the proposed ‘Enter Company Name’, to use the respective address ’Enter Office Address' as their Registered Office.
Thanking You,
Regards
