No Objection Certificate (NOC) in Form-18 for Company Incorporation

While Incorporating a Company, Form-18 should be submitted stating the proposed registered office of the company.

Where the registered office is a building taken on lease by the Director (Its not possible to take lease on the name of the Company as it is not yet incorporated.), a No-Objection certificate (NOC) has to be taken from the Director for using it as Registered Office of the Company.

Applicants should then Select an option in Form-18 stating 'Registered office Owned by the Director'.

The No-Objection certificate (NOC) can be printed on a normal letter and signed by that director. No need of any Stamp paper etc.
